I provide a nurturing and supportive space to help teens, big feelers, neurodivergent folks, and folks exploring identities outside of cultural norms feel seen and reconnect to themselves. Together, we will use compassionate curiosity to explore your unique context, the ways you have survived, your strengths and superpowers, and areas where you want to grow. I love empowering my clients to identify and step into choices that align with their values and wellbeing.

My practice is trauma-informed and embodied. I attune to your unique needs and context, often incorporating metaphor, imagery, and spirituality. I work relationally, meaning that I am a full human in the room - I often laugh and cry with my clients, and I use my own lived experience to connect and empathize.

• ​Provided on-site crisis and ongoing counseling at elementary,  middle, and high schools

• Developed curriculum for and co-facilitated psychoeducational group about trauma and the body 

• Created and co-facilitated three-month long embodied and experiential unpacking whiteness anti-racism group

• Completed three years of Relational Gestalt and trauma responsive training at The Relational Center

• Provides psychoeducational workshops and presentations to organizations

• Mentors and supports therapists, including in creating a private practice
